Municipality ERP is a purpose-built enterprise resource planning system for Lebanese and Arab municipalities. It consolidates every municipal function into one integrated digital platform — from property and infrastructure management to civil services, finance, and electronic archiving.

Facebook & Instagram Auto-Post
Automatically publishes municipality announcements to the Facebook Page and Instagram Business Account on the configured post date, and deletes them on the remove date — zero manual effort.
The employee selects the target record (project, session, complaint, announcement, or dispute), the required advisor type, an expiry window from 1 hour to 30 days, and adds a guidance note for the advisor.
The system automatically generates a 64-character cryptographic token and a print-ready QR image — the advisor needs zero credentials.
The advisor opens the link or scans the QR from any device or browser. They see the full record with all its details — in their preferred language.
The advisor writes their opinion, selects a recommendation (approve, reject, modify, defer), sets urgency level, and submits — directly into the system.
The advisor's response appears instantly in the municipal dashboard, linked to the record, with a full log of all received opinions.
